The San Francisco quartet channels the vintage psychedelic-kissed garage rock of its hometown, circa 1968, in a manner that conjures Love and introduces a slightly heavier bent. Dressed in a Grateful Dead tie-dye and fisherman’s cap, front man Tim Cohen sings amid reverb-soaked backdrops that make his wanderlust voice seem as if it emanates through a narrow tunnel. Country accents and surf delay spin the guitar lines, which curl underneath wordless harmonies and tamed feedback.

The second set of remixes for Radiohead‘s “The King Of Limbs” has been posted online.

Morning Mr Magpie” and “Bloom” were remixed by Nathan Fake, Harmonic 313 and Mark Pritchard, following similar electronic work by Caribou and Jaques Greene which we reported on two weeks ago.

Meanwhile, a full stream of Radiohead’s last-minute Glastonbury appearance has been posted, in what appears to be a fan film from multiple angles in 720p with fully mastered audio.

Well, it wouldn’t be the first time love blossomed on set. And what with Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony having shockingly announced their separation three whole days ago, it was about time rumors of infidelity popped their head up and said hello.

Enter Latino überhottie William Levy, who costarred in J.Lo’s steamy “I’m Into You” music video and who’s known as the Cuban Brad Pitt.

No doubt about it: Toby Keith loves the United States. First things first, though.

When an impassioned USA! USA! USA! chant arose from the crowd in the middle of the country singers concert Friday night at Blossom Music Center, he quickly set his patriotic fans straight.

Were doing drinking songs right now, said Keith, 50. Im sorry!

With that, he launched into I Love This Bar, a neon-lit 2003 chart-topper that spawned a chain of Toby Keiths I This Bar & Grill establishments.

Ever the canny self-promoter, Keith couldnt pass up an opportunity to plug his new Wild Shot brand of mezcal while indulging two of his favorite passions: America and alcohol.

He toasted firefighters and took a swig.

Brooklyn via Long Beach trio We Barbarians announced their upcoming late summer tour today with ANR, kicking off August 31 in New York at the Mercury Lounge and wrapping September 20 in San Diego at Soda Bar. The tour will be pre-ceeded by three nights with Foster The People in early August. Upcoming dates will lead into a brand new EP, the details of which will be announced shortly.
