Clarence volunteer firefighters were called this morning to a house fire at 9235 Hunting Valley Road.

Emergency personnel were initially summoned to the residence at 8:54 a.m. for a report of an explosion and fire. No injuries were reported.

Erie County sheriff’s deputies and state police were assisting at the scene.
